FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR SETTING UP A REGULAR FOOD TRUCK PROGRAM AT MY WORKPLACE OR NEIGHBORHOOD?

Our goal is to make it easy for you to offer this amenity to your community, employees, coworkers, or tenants. Because every location is different, the first step is for us to have a discussion to fully understand your objectives. We will be looking to validate a number of factors to determine whether a regular program is a viable option for your space, and, if so, discuss details such as:

  • How frequently food trucks should come out

  • How people will be notified which trucks are onsite

  • What the food trucks will be serving

  • Where the trucks will park

We then go to work for you and begin scheduling a variety of trucks to come out at the agreed upon frequency. We act as the sole point of contact for you and the food trucks. We handle the scheduling, problem resolution, and ensure all of our food trucks have sufficient insurance coverage and state licenses required to serve food at your location. Following each event, all food trucks are required to report back with the number of people they served during the event. The trucks that serve the most people are asked to return the most frequently.

HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?

In most cases, our services are free as we are compensated by the food trucks. There are rare exceptions to this.

HOW MANY PEOPLE NEED TO BE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD OR WORKPLACE FOR A FOOD TRUCK TO COME OUT?

Our food trucks are generally looking to serve a minimum of 50 people during a 3 hour period.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We currently operate mainly out of Portland, Oregon but please don't hesitate to reach out to request service in another area.
